EMT-B Class

Thank you for your interest in the EMT-Basic class being offered by the Warsaw Lincoln Ambulance District. This class will meet and exceed the classroom and clinical hours needed for instruction by the State of Missouri. Upon successful completion of the class, students will be eligible to take the practical and written exams given by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (a requirement for initial licensure to work as an EMT in Missouri).

Classes will begin tentatively February 2, 2027 and continue into June of 2027 (last day of class to be determined based off requirements being met and available NREMT test dates). Classes will meet Tuesday and Thursday nights from 5:30 to 9:30, and an occasional Saturday (CPR certification and Skills days). Clinical hours will also be required outside of normal class days.

Tuition for the class will be $800.00.

NREMT testing costs are not included in the price of tuition.

A deposit of $200.00 is due at the time of registration and the remainder is due the first day of class. Payments by cash or check only. Tuition is nonrefundable after the first day of class.

Cost of the text books ($200.00) will not be returned once they have been ordered. (training materials are ordered once registration is closed).

You must be able to pass a background check to obtain an EMT license.
